| Customer
satisfaction is our top priority. We believe every transaction
must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful
shopping experience. But if you are not satisfied with
our products you may return or exchange your order to
us in its ORIGINAL condition within 15 days of purchase
and we will refund your payment. Please include the
invoice, and the reason for the return. There are certain
limitations, however. The limitations are as follows: |

We give our customers seven days inspection period,
so you must notify us within seven days of receiving
the package about the return either by email on info@gemspacific.com,

We will not refund any shipment if you notify us after
seven days of receiving the shipment. These seven days
will be calculated as we receive the confirmation from
related shipping company about delivery. No returns
will be valid if you notify us after seven days of receiving
the goods. |

The returned items must be in the original condition,
undamaged, unworn condition and in factory condition.
We will not accept any item with any alteration. |

New and unused means that there is no damage or marks
on the item. We do not sell used items and will not
accept any item with any indication that it was used.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If the product you are returning included a special
offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned.

We find it necessary to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are
sole responsibility of customer and that will not be
refunded at all. |

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. |

Returns
must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price
by a traceable and reputed carrier. |
